These two zones have to be completed in one go. If you trigger an alarm or get killed you have to reload the chapter and start over. It's not an easy Trophy and will test your patience more than once. 

The key thing is to practice and get a feel for the different obstacles. Try to finish it even if you get killed or spotted, so you get better at the whole track. Try to get further and further without mistakes until you can finish it in one go.
