MS Word AutoText a gallery under Quick Parts. These are something like document properties. AutoText are used defined document properties. To create an AutoText Select some text on the document and Go to Insert Menu and then go to Quick Parts, select AutoText. Then select the "Save the selection as AutoText". Then select OK. Whenever you want to use the AutoText in the document, just type first few letters of your AutoText, it will appear as an option for you to select. By pressing Enter your complete autotext will be copied to your document.
