Wow, you all SHOWED UP for me last week!! I was in a place of uncertainty, and after reading all of your comments and incredible suggestions and with a bit of introspection...I am feeling super inspired! 

So I decided to do TWO videos for you this week! Today's Matcha Sponge Cake is from the Community (hip hip hooray!!). Big thanks to Caroline Choe for sharing her recipe for this delicious cake.

INGREDIENTS:
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-3/4 cup sugar (plus 1 tsp. set to the side)
-1/4 cup honey
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 tablespoon Matcha green tea powder
-1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
-7 large eggs, separated (yolks in one bowl, whites in the other)
-1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
