Le 10 octobre 2018, un communiqué de presse a été publié à Paris, dans lequel il décrivait l'issue de la décision de la Cour suprême selon laquelle TUV était responsable de la délivrance de la certification CE pour les implants mammaires PIP - ce sont mes séquences personnelles depuis le début.

Cette décision représente un énorme pas en avant vers la justice pour 400 000 femmes dans le monde qui ont été victimes d'ingrédients industriels et de silicone non utilisés à des fins médicales lors de chirurgies privées et financées par le NHS entre 2001 et 2010.
