(6 Nov 2018) Massachusetts residents voting in Tuesday's midterm elections say President Donald Trump, his tone and policies were on their minds even though he was not on the ballot. Most of those in Cambridge who spoke after casting their votes said they were not thinking favorably of Trump as they made their choices. "Well, he's an incompetent buffoon but I didn't vote for him, I wouldn't vote for him," said Persis McLennen, 74-year-old lawyer living in Cambridge. Other voters were more restrained in their comments, including 68-year-old musician Lucinda Smith. "I'd also like to see a change in tone in the country in terms of the way we handle our business both locally and internationally."
