Bopha continues on its rampage through the southern Philippines, with at least 33 dead so far, the total expected to rise (the video doesn't show this, however)
Bopha's next destination is Palawan, where it is likely to make landfall as a borderline Category 1-2 storm (winds of 90-100mph). Following this, it is uncertain of the storm's path, but weakening is likely, with the storm being a mere tropical storm by the time it reaches the centre of the South China Sea. Bopha remains a dangerous storm, and those in the Philippines should remain on alert, particularly in Palawan.
