This video walks you through a great steak recipe for the grill.  The steak is delicious and reasonably priced.  The Flat Iron Steak is lower in price and the ingredients I use for the rub are: salt, pepper, Hershey's Cocoa Powder, and ground cumin.  The steak can be prepared quickly and feeds 2-3 people.  The steak is best if cooked medium rare to rare.  If you like your steak well done, than you may find it kinda tough.
