Nairobi governor warns MCAs against attempts to impeach him

Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko will not counter the decision made by MCAs to impeach Nairobi Speaker Beatrice Elachi.
The governor has also asked the MCAs to stay out of his personal business, after they demanded that he stops operating from his Mua Hills home.
Speaking during the third anniversary of his late father Mzee Gideon Mbuvi Kioko, in Machakos County, Sonko further disclosed his determination to fill the vacant deputy governor post. The Governor nominated Nairobi lawyer Miguna Miguna, who was deported to Canada, but the MCAs rejected his nomination.
