Spruce beer (la bière d'épinette) has a long history in Quebec.  It even is part of my own story of moving to Quebec City and Montreal back in 1985-1986.  
I thought I would help its continuation by writing a song about it and mixing in my visit to Montreal's St-Joseph's Oratory.  I love Montreal and this is my present pour "la Fête de la Saint-Jean."   C'est un cadeau original d'un Ontarien.  8-)
