One such area looking to have a Coal Plant is Lamu, Built in the 14th Century, Lamu town was one of the original Swahili settlements along the East African Coast. A first time visitor from an urban centre would definitely find the town interestingly unique with the complete absence of vehicles, true to that Lamu is keen on keeping itself as an architectural marvel.
