iRVision Bin Pick with 3D Model Matching: http://robot.fanucamerica.com/products/vision-software/AtoZ.aspx Vision tools range from simple feature location to sophisticated 3D model matching. The 3D Model Matching vision process, part of iRVision Bin Picking, accurately locates parts for picking. The process is easily trained from the part with no CAD files or PC required. For this demonstration the robot is equipped with a third part magnetic tool featuring degowssing. Many other great features are shown in this workcell. 4D graphics can visualize settings and results for Interference Avoidance, Part list management functions, iRVision results, and many other aspects of the robot’s setup making it a great tool for robot setup and debug.
