CS Munyes: Samburu county should explore its huge mining potential

Cabinet Secretary for petroleum and mining John Munyes, has confirmed that Samburu has a huge mining potential in the country after preliminary research.

Munyes spoke during a two days tour of Samburu County, where he visited manganese mines. The mining ministry officials sensitized members of the communities on mining rights. The CS further warned illegal investors and particularly those who have not been licensed by the ministry from exploring minerals.
