Tropical Storm Mangkhut is continuing to set the Mariana islands on edge as it gradually intensifies 700 miles to the east. The storm is on a collision course with at least one of the islands on Monday, where typhoon conditions or worse could occur. Typhoon Watches are already in effect for all of the main islands in the chain, with further strengthening expected after it enters the Philippine Sea.
