Sustained winds of 106mph (170kph) with gusts up to 137mph
(220kph) was recently reported in the western portion of St.
Croix.

Additionally, sustained winds of 53mph (85kph) and gusts of 76mph (122kph) were recorded in Puerto Fajardo, Puerto Rico.
