Former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and former Treasury secretary-general Tan Sri Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah have been slapped with six charges of criminal breach of trust (CBT), involving RM6.6 billion worth of government funds. Both pleaded not guilty to all the charges today, with Tan Sri Irwan Serigar becoming the highest-ranking civil servant to be charged since Datuk Seri Najib lost the general election in May.
