final cut express - lightwave composite test

I am learning final cut express and wanted to see how easy it would be to composite animations from Lightwave 3D. I set the camera down, recorded 8 seconds and then rendered a quick animation. Sorry the plane looks lame and lit bad, but I modeled and rendered it in 10 minutes. Just a test damn it!! Anyway, to my surprise, the alpha channel was picked up automatically and the composite was done for me. Cool stuff
