Health Minister: There's No Malaria Outbreak In T&T

Minister of Health, Terrence Deyalsingh, is assuring the public that there is no Malaria outbreak in the country. This as a 10-year-old boy from Rousillac was reported to be this country's latest Malaria case. But Mr Deyalsingh said there was an increase in the number of cases for 2018. On average there were 25 cases per year, but for 2018 there were 38 cases recorded. He said most of the imported cases came from Venezuela.
