Video Demonstration and recipe for Fruit Kebabs with Cheekyricho Passionfruit syrup, home made yoghurt and chocolate sauce. This is also a product review of the kebabacue. I bought this little piece of handy kitchen equipment at the local kitchen ware store. It is a sturdy simple design, dishwasher safe and works very well for this particular application. Easy to use and clean and was inexpensive too. Stay tuned for more kebab ideas using this little kebabacue. It passed our little test with flying colours.
INGREDIENTS:
For this demonstration we used plum, banana, apple, orange, peach, nectarine, apple, marshmallows, grapes with dipping sauces.
Just cut your food into chunks, lay into the kebabacue pop the lid on and push the supplied skewer through to make very quick, healthy, fresh fruit kebabs in seconds. It was very safe to use, no spikes or splinters from skewers. It kept the fruit generally centred for skewering and was so quick, the fruit did not have time to oxidise. A whole pretty fruit platter of manageable peeled, seeded and cubed bite sized pieces of fresh fruit ,was prepared in a few minutes. Great for after school snacks, breakfast, desserts and light courses.
