Employer In Confusion With SST 2.0: Urges Government To Give Time Till 2019

Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) hopes the government will give sufficient time until January 2019 for businesses to digest and comply with the newly implemented Sales and Services Tax (SST) 2.0. Its Executive Director, Datuk Shamsuddin Bardan, said this was to allow private sector to give feedback and raise issues to the authorities for further clarification, as the first SST remittance to the government begins next month.
