Brave Frontier - Jirayan Evil Eye Drop rate - FINALLY 3 WEEKS

So I just got the Evil Eye drop, and nothing special was done to get it. Obviously Gumi lowered (nerfed) the drop rates after Lancelot's Arondight sphere came out, as it was easy to get before that update. Also, Gumi Support told me that all the percentages "other sites" like the Wiki report are wrong, because Gumi has no affiliation with them. They basically said those rates are lies, and that the odds of anything dropping are "entirely random". That goes for all drops, as far as Support's statement is concerned. We know that I'd not true, they are saying that just to cover for the fact that they manipulate the odds dependent on how valuable the resource - but I wanted them to give thier excuse, and there it is.
