Named "Hobo" after the spider species, the 5K is a serious MG platform. It loses the ability to mount a greater than 2 critical slot energy, but having MGs on the arms, a tiny profile, speed, and JJs? Talk about fun. I feel that the current iteration of MGs are nice, but still not 'enough'. The permanent application time of the MG in order to get the damage of a small laser is just not feasible in games. The arms make it easier to keep your reticule on components (MGs are hitscan like flamers), but they are easily the hardest weapons to use in the game. The fact they're one of the weakest to boot doesn't help them out. Regardless, the mech is a ton of fun to play and I recommend it to anyone looking for a challenge. Music Kicking - Torche
