This is the normal "patched" version. Everything you see here is exactly how I witnessed it. It goes from 120-150fps to 0 for several seconds and eventually causes my internet connection to drop entirely (you can hear Teamspeak 3 disconnecting due to internet connectivity loss).

The debug version on Steam I played last night performed beautifully without these issues.  They patched it this morning at 10CT and it's broken. What.
