CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- A father is in trouble with the law accused of leaving his son alone in a cold car so he could gamble.
    
Cincinnati police said Dontae Smith left the 6-year old boy alone in the vehicle while he went into the Horseshoe Casino to gamble. Smith was arrested Thursday morning, Jan. 8.
    
He'll be in court Friday morning to face a charge of endangering children.
