Marco "Casus Beli" Belinelli might have gotten a little overrated from his stint with the 76ers. He was good for them, definitely, but his reputation got inflated by some of those crazy shots he hit in the playoffs. We all know that tough shots are the shots he makes a living off of, but when that's basically the ONLY thing he does on the court, he's not that valuable. And his departure from Philly did hurt them, but only in the sense that they had so few shooters that letting even a flawed one like Belinelli go was a bad idea.

All the above can be said about Ersan Ilyasova too, except not as much the "crazy shots" part. Just in case you were thinking that I was being a hater.

Belinelli is now back in San Antonio, the place where he had his most success. He's basically doing the same stuff he's done his whole career, shooting tough shots, but they're not going in as much as they used to. Tonight, they did; this video is, dare I say, VINTAGE Belinelli, complete with vintage "Mama Mia!" calls from whoever that horrible Spurs commentator is.

Them yelling "Casus Beli!" instead after a particularly egregious Belinelli conflict-inducing miracle three would be so much cooler.
