COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) - A local business at the heart of a deadly double shooting has shut down. The Rustic Tavern near the intersection of Galbraith and Daily Road in College Hill closed and the owner surrendered his liquor license. In September two groups started a fight inside the bar. That fight escalated and moved outside where two people were shot and killed. Maurice Searcy and Johnathon Patton were charged in the deaths of Steven Anderson and Nathaniel Davis. The City of Cincinnati is working with the owner of the plaza property to help clean up the area so new businesses have a better chance to succeed.
