Sias Reinecke (born 23 April 1940 in Johannesburg) was a very well-known South African artist who started off his career as one half of the Afrikaans duo, Groep Twee, before going solo towards the late 1970s. Some of his more popular hits as a solo artist were "Sproeitjies", "Die Seewind Bring Heimwee", "Klein Karoo" and "Wie Sal Kom Nagsê". He died of a heart attack on 18 Oktober 1982. This song is off the album " Die Seewind Bring Heimweë" released in 1972.
