Handmade heavy leather envelope sleeve with snap closure handmade by Tom Fox Made from single layer 6oz semi-rigid full grain dyed black leather (no veneers or fillers). Custom free-handed design (no pattern), hand cut, hand sewn. Finished/sealed edges for durability and longevity. Most mass produced "leather" goods these days are like mass produced furniture in that it might be leather on the surface, but underneath are layers of glue and fillers such as low-quality leather, or even cardboard. Much like "wood" furniture that's just veneers glued to particle board fillers. Neither can stand the test of time as solid leather or solid wood. Tom and I take pride in making quality items from quality materials. We believe in the virtue of lovingly handmade creations from materials provided by nature and curated by man. Our pieces are one of a kind or limited run. We do not intend on mass producing or outsourcing labor. Our handcrafted leather goods will be made available on Etsy in the future. http://gemfox.etsy.com Any requests, comment below or send an email to gem @ gemfox . com
