Let me begin with a confession. I've fallen off the keto wagon. However I intended to get back stronger than before on 24th July and I plan to kick start with my Vegan Keto experiment. So for 1 week I will do Vegan Keto and I want you to join me. Are you game?

I'm also running the first every Headbanger's Kitchen contest, starting right now till the 24th of July. All you got to do is cook up 1 vegan keto dish and post it on your instagram and use the hash tag #HKVeganKeto and also tag @headbangerskitchen on instagram. The best dishes will win a cool HK t-shirt and the best dish will get made by me on HK and it will be our little collaboration (like I did with Keto Connect and their bread)

So I would love to have you on board. Looking forward to some incredible vegan dishes from you all. We can all refer to the #HKVeganKeto to survive the week :D

Cheers!
