52" Hunter Summer Breeze and Hampton Bay Heirloom ceiling fans

These fans are located in a rental beach house. This house was built in 1994 so Hunter was installed around that time (this model was started around 1989 as "Clarion", and ended around 2000), and yet it still works and looks like brand new other than it needs cleaning. Hampton Bay Heirloom is only few years old, looks brand new, but it does not even work at all! Heirloom was eventually replaced with 48" Home Decorators Collection Altura. Hunter runs silent, has slight wobble, and blows good amount of air. The Hunter is shown on all 3 speeds but in separate videos since I had to use two hands to use the reacher to pull the chain. I tried my best to capture the buzzing noise of the Hampton Bay.
