http://www.floridajustice.com - A process server attempted to serve Michael Dunn. However, when the process server had security guards retrieve Dunn so that the server could serve him, the guards found Dunn in the fetal position and the guards could hardly get Dunn to come out. When the server finally got Dunn out of the jail cell, Dunn declined and just simply said, "no."

Gene Nichols, Jacksonville area defense attorney, discusses service issues.

Our law firm was started in 2011 to be different, personal and compassionate. Since then, we have expanded from personal injury and wrongful death, to criminal defense and family law. We've won awards both in the industry and from local "best of" selections, have gotten multi-million dollar verdicts while Good Morning America's cameras rolled and handled many cases which were of far less settlement value but meant just as much, as well as helping families and those who were accused of crimes. John is board certified as an expert in civil trial law and we are here for you- (904) 444-4444 or by emailing [email protected].
