Emily Nottingham speaks at the Congressional Hearing on Gun Control. She discusses the negative and impractical impacts of allowing high capacity weapons, such as assault rifles, to be legal. Nottingham's son, Gabe Zimmerman, was shot and killed by such weapons. On January 8, 2011 U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords and 18 others were shot in a supermarket parking lot in Tucson, AZ.
