Gartner subcontracted suspended Tom Moyane's friend Patrick Monyeki for the work it did at SARS. The consulting firm alleges that they had received a list of preferred contractors which included Monyeki's Range Wave. That's according to Gartner, managing partner Neville Willemse who was testifying at the Nugent commission into Tax administration and governance at SARS.
