All are highly sophisticated martial arts and require many years of practice. First part shows highly developed Stick fighting technique performed by a master from Sichuan China. Stick fighting techniques are also popular in the following Shaolin Kung fu sequences. Secret Kung fu techniques have been passed on through centuries from generation to generation. In Vietnam , which once was part of China, traditional Chinese Kung fu is still practised today by Vietnamese Kung fu master Nam Hyunh dao.
