Sorry if this one seems a bit rushed...it was.
A new tropical storm is with us, in the form of East Pacific storm Norman. Tropical Storm Warnings are in place for part of the Mexican coast as the storm moves towards a landfall in the next day. Norman is a sheared storm, but is likely to cause rain and flooding in Mexico when it makes landfall. This may be the only Force 13 update on this storm.
