The Kings have a core going right now. Maybe some of the parts were there last year, but the fact that they were part of the core was not yet determined. But now, as they sit at .500, it's officially time to start thinking about not tanking for more core parts and instead taking the core parts they already have and turning them into HARD CORE.

Current Kings core parts I have ascertained to be for sure part of the Kings' core:

-Bogdan Bogdanovic
-De'Aaron Fox
-Buddy Hield

That's three core parts right there. HARD CORE. But not only that, the Kings have some secondary core parts who may become primary core parts in the future. The players that fall into second-tier core-ness:

-Marvin Bagley
-Nemanja Bjelica
-Willy Cauley-Stein
-Harry Giles

Notice that Yogi Ferrell is not part of any core, HARD or not. I don't know what the heck is going on with him.
