Lumiere 3D is a metallic/pearlescent paint that also functions as a SUPER strong glue that works on all types of materials. As a fabric glue, Lumiere 3D is a flexible hold. I use it here to glue strips of velcro to fabric.  It does take 72 hours to achieve maximum hold, but it will hold a folded seam, as seen here, with thick curtain fabric, almost immediately.  Great for soft sculpture or minor clothing repairs.  Holds up to laundering after fully dried.
