Thank you so much for being there :)
I wanted to give you a little update & say that I am sorry that it has been a while since my last post.  I have a bunch of videos that I'm almost finished with, so hopefully I will be able to post regularly again.
In the video, I forgot to mention the 3rd thing that helped me get over my cold in record time.. it was this: only drinking my veggie juice & protein shake. Which if you have not already seen those videos, I will place links below.
