In this video I show you how to beat Spark Man Stage 1 in Mega Man 3 for the NES. Note that you actually have to choose between a set of eight stages at this point in the game, I picked this one as the fifth stage of my longplay for this game.

They're played fast enough, but they also aim to be complete (no use of weird cheating glitches or cheats of any kind to go through a game faster than normally possible, no skipping cutscenes and I'm trying to collect everything, see every path and every ending, when it applies)
