Pizza Fusion in and of itself is an organic and natural restaurant concept with the motto “saving the Earth one pizza at a time.” The pizza itself is an organic food item—free of pesticides, hormones and any preservatives—but the restaurant buildings are green, as well, with much of the buildings being made from recycled or reclaimed materials. Even the pizza boxes are made with 100% recycled cardboard.

The same attitude is applied at the businesses’ corporate offices, too.

“It’s important for us that we choose partners that also have the same core values that we do,” says Vaughan Lazar, president & co-founder of Pizza Fusion. “Office Depot OfficeMax is a great partner because we found that they upheld this same level of integrity and share the same core values as we do.”

Among the Office Depot OfficeMax services that Pizza Fusion uses to go green are 100% recycled copy paper, ink and toner recycling and more.

“It’s really important from the food supply chain to the office services supply chain, that our partners are the right ones to fit our core values,” says Lazar. “We found that Office Depot OfficeMax really did walk the walk when it came to that.”
