Sportster Ride in Rain, with WINDSHIELD. I had this bike for almost 30 years and I never once rode with a windshield. There is a huge difference in riding comfort when riding on the highway with a windshield and a humongous difference riding the motorcycle with a windshield in the rain, especially at highway speeds. I used to ride all the time in the rain without a windshield and when it rained at highway speeds, riding with no windshield for an extended time, required a lot of physical effect, stamina and mental alertness. This National cycles windshield is a definite safety plus.
