DigInfo - (http://movie.diginfo.tv) Wireless communication networks are expanding the potential of production sites. WiSensor is used to make a wireless network of sensors which use the analogue 4-20mA DC signal input. Since the WiSensor employs analogue signal inputs you can use the WiSensor to monitor your existing equipment. A maximum of 20 sensors including manometers, flowmeters, level meters, thermometers, ammeters, and wattmeters can be hooked up. According to Yamatake, the system requires no complicated cabling topology. The system creates a highly reliable network that makes set communication paths redundant.
