Controversy over Telangana along with a number of other issues today nearly washed out proceedings in Parliament for the second day in a row. Both the Houses were disrupted as members created an uproar over creation of a separate Telangana state, harassment of Tamil Nadu fishermen by Sri Lanka, the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, Pathribal fake encounter case and killing of Arunachal Pradesh student Nido Taniam in Delhi last week.
