The budget is a yawn fest and it likely won't trigger an election. This budget avoids much of the incredible spending we've seen in previous Tory budgets. It is perhaps the first truly small-c conservative budget we've seen. That said, we will have to wait until the end of the coming fiscal year to see if they've kept spending was low as promised
