આજે આપણે ટામેટા ની પ્યૂરી ઘરે બનાવવાની સરળ રીત શીખીશું .ટામેટા ની પ્યૂરી રેસીપી ની રીત ખુબજ સરળ છે અને એમાં ઉપયોગ થતી સામગ્રી ઘરમાં સહેલાઇ થી મળી રહે છે . મૈ બતાવેલ રીત થી પ્યૂરી બનાવતા તમને એક્દુમ બહાર જેવુંજ રિજલ્ટ મળશે.માટે મે જે પણ રેસીપી બતાવી એમજ બનવજોજો આ પ્યૂરી તૈયાર હોઈ તો તમે અલગ લાગે પ્રકાર ની સબજી, સૂપ, સૌસેસ, બેક ડિશેઝ માં ઉપયોગ કરી શકાય છે. આ પ્યૂરી ને ૪-૫ મહિના સ્ટોરે પણ કરી શકાય છે. જેન લીધે આપણે જયારે મન થઇ ત્યારે અપને રેસીપી બનાવી શકીયે છે. અને બહાર કરતા ઘરે બાણાવલે ટામેટાની પ્યૂરી ઘણી સસ્તી પડે છે અને આપણી સમય અને પૈસા ની બચત થાય છે.
