Retired Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke says he has struck a deal that will see exiled Lesotho opposition leader Mothet-joa Met-sing return. This ahead of a joint Leadership Forum today. SADC facilitator President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected in Lesotho tomorrow, on the last day of the Forum. Met-sing is yet to confirm if he agrees with the conditions.
