Chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, crinkles are delicious chocolaty cookies that everyone will love! they’re great for breakfast or as a snack, or make a batch of them and give them as a gift! INGREDIENTS2 eggssalt100g sugar60g butter200g dark chocolate1 tsp baking powder220g flour DIRECTIONS1. Beat together the eggs and salt. Add the butter and sugar and continue beating.2. Add the melted chocolate (make sure it’s not too hot) and blend together.3. Lastly, add the baking powder and gradually add the flour.4. Refrigerate the cookie dough for at least two hours.5. Using an ice cream scoop, make some balls. 6. Cover them in powdered sugar and place them on a baking sheet.7. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
