This narrow twisty road in the forest goes up 500 ft in 1.4 miles with a maximum gradient of 15%. Because its surface is bad and because there's no space to pass oncoming cars (it's a two-way road, amazingly), hardly anybody ventures there by car. That turns it into a fun playground for cyclists.
