►Step-by-Step◄
-Starting out with clean, dry nails begin with a base coat
-Use black as your base color
-Thin the white acrylic by mixing it with water
-Paint ghosts onto your nails with the thinned acrylic; wait a bit and then soak up the excess water with the dry brush
-Stamp faces onto each ghost head
-Finish with top coat - optionally, make them matte!
