To Prepare Baby Corn Recipes / Crispy Baby corn recipe/ Baby Corn chili / Baby Corn Recipes / Baby corn 15 by Monikazz Kitchen- you tube Chinese / Side Dish,
 ingredients required :

1. Baby Corn 10-12 small, 3/4 cup Corn flour, 1/4 cup Multi purpose flour (Maida ), Salt and Black Pepper, 2-3 spoon water, and oil for frying. 
2. Chopped Onion, chopped Capsicum taken (green, yellow, red), ginger garlic paste, sugar, soya sauce, chopped coriander for Garnishing. 

Preparation :
Cut Baby Corn 1 inch pieces, boil, drain, dry, mix with Maida, Salt and Pepper as shown in the video. Then deep fry. 
Sauce :1tb Spoon oil, put onion, ginger garlic paste and cook for one min  then add Capsicum and cook for one min then add sugar and soya sauce mix well and add fried baby Corn, and for Clarity kindly watch the video,and garnish with coriander. Crispy and chilly baby Corn is ready to enjoy.
