http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com We take the overnight sleeper train from Chiang Mai to the large, but clean, Bangkok Train Station. From there, the itinerary said that we would be met and transferred by bus to the Koh Chang ferry. Bad me. I should have asked for more details. Instead, we ran around like loonies in the Bangkok train station, asking tour operator after tour operator where to wait, who would meet us and other questions.
